What are your office hours?

Our regular hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

 

Where are you located?

Our address is 140 South Uncompahgre Avenue, Montrose, Colorado 81401. We are located on the west side of the street in between S. 1st and S. 2nd.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Financial arrangements offering extended terms are also available through CareCredit and makes excellent dental care affordable for almost every budget.

 

Will you file a claim with my insurance company or is that my responsibility?

As a service to our patients, we handle the filing of insurance claims. Patients are responsible for their estimated percentage of the fee at the time of service unless financial arrangements have been previously made.

 

How are emergencies handled after hours?

If you are a patient of record and have an after-hours emergency, you may page Dr. Tobler, and he will call you back as soon as possible.

 

Is the staff bilingual?

Yes! Our staff currently speaks English and Spanish. 

 

What age range of patients do you see?

We see both adults and children. Children may be referred to a pediatric dentist if it is indicated.

 

Do you accept new patients?

We are always happy to see new patients! To insure accurate diagnosis and thorough treatment, all new patients are scheduled for a comprehensive oral examination, including any necessary x-rays and diagnostic procedures.

 

Where should I park? Will I need money to park?

You may park anywhere around the building. There is no parking fee.

 

Do you do cosmetic dentistry?

Yes, Dr. Tobler has extensive experience providing cosmetic dentistry procedures, ranging from teeth whitening to porcelain veneers.
